As part of Science Week, Southern Water and Freshwater Habitats Trust are running a programme called Water Detectives for our Years 3 and 4. The session’s aims and objectives will be:

• Explain importance of clean water to wildlife and people

• Impart key messages from Southern Water and FHT

• Demonstrate and supervise eDNA and water testing

• Explain relevance of data collection and subsequent contribution to a “bigger picture”

As part of this, we’ll be testing our water in the school pond between 10.00-12.30.
