We're continuing to build on our school's hockey playing expertise. So are excited that we have secured the hire of Lancing College astro for a 1-hr session exclusively for all our year 3 and 4 girls and boys. This will mean they will all be able to experience hockey in a 'professional' setting. Hockey on astro is a completely different game than hockey on grass and we are hoping that this session might 'light a fire' in a few of our youngsters to get a passion for this sport!
The session will take place on the last day of term, Friday 27th March. We will leave school at 9am and return by 11am to get changed and prepared for the school presentation assembly. Please ensure that your child has their gumshield, shin pads and hockey stick at school on the last day. PS We wear trainers on astro (or astro boots if you have them) NOT studded hockey boots.
